Our personal information governance policy (Québec)

The person in charge of the protection of personal information is our managing director. This person approves this policy and oversees compliance with it.

Only people who need it for their work have access to personal information. They are bound by confidentiality and receive guidance on privacy.

We keep data only for as long as stated in our privacy policy and then delete or anonymize it.

Before each new system and before each transfer outside Québec, we assess the impact on privacy.
